Green Garden Bakery is an award winning youth-run business selling vegetable based desserts to the Minneapolis community. We are a group of young entrepreneurs from Heritage Park - North Minneapolis who are driven by a passion to change the world one healthy and delicious baked good at a time. Green Garden Bakery grows vegetables in our community garden, bakes them into healthy vegetable-based desserts for every diet (vegan, gluten free, sugar free) and markets them using sustainable practices. We sell the desserts for “pay-what-you-want” and donate our proceeds back into our community. As of 2017, we have launched weekly sales of 5 vegetable based desserts. We are constantly expanding our menu and launching new merchandise. At our sales our desserts are sold in compostable boxes with two servings. For online orders we offer party boxes serving 16 and specials sizes including birthday and wedding cakes decorated with edible flowers from our garden. These orders can be picked up at the Farmer's Market as well.

Hidden among the back-country roads of the beautiful rolling meadows and unglaciated hills of southwestern Wisconsin, are cheesemakers with generations of experience and a proud cheese-making heritage. I have been involved with cheeses for 30 years. I started and managed a Cheese shop “The Cheese Shop” in Wayzata, Minnesota in 1973. I mooved to Chicago after college and began selling Wisconsin cheese from these small dairymen and cheesemakers in Chicago area farmers markets. This I did for 28 years and then returned back home to Minnesota 6 years ago, bringing this rich tradition with me!

Nuclear Nectar is a Minneapolis based small batch Hot Sauce/Fiery Product line. The vision is simple: capture the fruit of the hot chili pepper while retaining its heat, and use the heat to enhance flavor rather than merely scorch the tongue, to bring out rather than burn out flavor. My flagship hot sauce is a fresh red habanero variety balanced with fresh onions, garlic, carrots, and lime. With this product, I've struck this fine balance, creating a versatile condiment that enhances the flavor of a wide range of foods from a slice of pizza to a bowl of pho. This year, I plan to release a line of fiery dry rubs along with a sweet, smokey, and zesty habanero BBQ sauce that exceptionally keeps with my overall heat/flavor theme. Along with the flagship line, I plan to special reserve release fermented fiery products from pepper-laced sauerkraut to pepper-infused pickles featuring local produce at the market on a rotating basis.
