What is the Market Kitchen?

We feature an on-site commercial kitchen we creatively call; the Market Kitchen. This is a space to all businesses, but is specially built for our farmers market food and concession vendors. Like everything else at the Annex, we take great pride in the quality and cleanliness of the kitchen. This is also a secure facility with keyless entry and security cameras. You are sure to find a safe, clean, and productive place for your food business.

So who are we perfect for?




Farmers Market Vendors

The Market Kitchen is available for use by any of our concession or other food vendors at the farmers market. This gives a space for you to prepare foods ahead of the market, or to clean and sanitize equipment and dishes. The kitchen is reserved only for farmers market vendors Saturday and Sunday mornings and afternoons. Space is limited, so reserve a spot for you today!




Food Trucks & Catering

When the farmers market is not open, we rent out the Market Kitchen to food trucks, catering services, bakeries, short term events and more! This is an easily accessible, clean and wonderful space to work in. If you or someone you know is looking for a commercial kitchen, reach out to us and let us help.
